At Action Care Vet, we understand the importance of accessible and convenient care for your beloved pets, especially during challenging times. That's why we're pleased to offer telehealth and telehospice services to provide guidance, support, and peace of mind from the comfort of your home.

Tele-Hospice and Tele-Triage Consultation

Our tele-hospice and tele-triage service allow concerned pet parents to connect with our experienced staff for general guidance and advice regarding their pet's health. For a fee of $50, you can schedule a phone consultation with one of our knowledgeable technicians. During this consultation, our technician will provide general advice and information based on the information provided, and if necessary, consult with our veterinarian for further assistance. Please note that without an in-person physical examination, we cannot diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, illness, or pain. The $50 consultation fee can also be applied as a deposit for future appointments, should you decide on hospice care or euthanasia.

Telehealth Appointments for Existing Clients

For existing clients of Action Care Vet who have been seen within the last year, we offer telehealth appointments conducted via Facetime or Zoom with our veterinarian. These appointments allow us to visually assess your pet's condition, provide recommendations, and even prescribe medications when necessary. The fee for a telehealth appointment is $100, and it's essential to maintain a current Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) for this service.

To schedule any of our telehealth or telehospice services, simply select one of the options above and proceed with payment. Once payment is complete, fill out the contact form with your pet's information and a suitable callback number. Our team will then reach out to you to arrange your appointment and provide further details.
